"Three of Vick's original co-defendants already have pleaded guilty and agreed to testify against him if the case went to trial. Quanis Phillips of Atlanta and Purnell Peace of Virginia Beach signed statements saying Vick, 27, participated in executing at least eight underperforming dogs by various means, including drowning and hanging.

Phillips, Peace and Tony Taylor, who pleaded guilty last month, also said Vick provided virtually all of the gambling and operating funds for his "Bad Newz Kennels" operation in Surry County, Va., not far from Vick's hometown of Newport News. "

He'll never play in the NFL again

I hope Vick is a good scrambler in prison. They are going to make him fumble the soap.

Are you saying that getting anally raped by large prisoners for years and years aint bad? He will suffer plenty and he deserves every thrust.

you think that will really happen? You don't think his money can buy his way through his cushy 12 months (pft) of "jail" time? Is it going to be like when Paris got "jail time" and ended up wearing an ankle braclet in her million dollar mansion? I want him to be drowned and hung. How could you ever do that to a living creature?

I have a feeling he will be in some minimum security jail.. probably have some perks on top of it. I wouldn't be surprised if most of his fellow inmates will give him alot of respect.

If the league suspends Vick, the Falcons could then go after Vick's signing bonus of approximately $22 million, because if suspended, then Vick would be in default of his contract.

But he said he was innocent.

They should make a movie about an NFL quarterback that goes to prison and gets the inmates to play football against the guards.

I should write the screenplay.

He is losing a hell of a lot more then $22M! He's lost a bunch of endorsements, if not all of them and he gets paid over 4x the amount of his contract in endorsements!

Someone here at my job said this is a federal case and that you don't get time off for good behavior. You have to serve the full sentence. Hopefully that's true!

But really even if he gets a slap on the wrist sentence wise (I am doubtful that he will). The NFL is getting really tired of incidents like this from their players. They have a brand to protect. And they in no way, shape or form want the NFL players thought of as a group of thugs! So I'm sure they are waiting to make an example out of him!

Great news!

You're on top of the world making gobs of cash between your job and sponsorship money. What do you choose to do? Torture animals.

Phuck him! He needs to be hung and electrocuted like he did to those poor dogs!

He'll be king shit in jail. But once he's released it will be a different story. Everyone will forget about him and his endorsments will be long gone. He'll be sleeping on Flava Flav's couch or something similar

I didnt realize his jail time would be so short- I still hope he gets "thrusted" lots of times.

He's done.

No good behavior in Club Fed. He'll serve every minute they sentence him to.

The 22m is just his signing bonus. I'm sure he saved most of that.

In two years he'll be released from jail broke and homeless.

I agree with you 100%. The problem with allowing a plea bargain is it lets someone off the hook, in a way. It lessons the penalty. I wish we could make him spend significant time in prison but because of a plea bargain he might only spend a couple months behind bars. Hopefully he will lose his career and tons of money.

Simple. Just change the frame of mind and you can justify torturing and killing anything. You can start by looking in the mirror.

They will go after him for the Bonus.

Ricky Williams

Barry Sanders

They set precedent so they will stick with it. The bonus hurts the team because it is still on the cap.
