Need to blow some steam

I am pissed as hell about the fucking timing of a dame vacation. I know this sounds a bit weird but I am pissed. I am heading down to orlando on July 3rd and will come back the following monday night. Now I am happy that I am heading to Florida. Get to see friends and family and party. However, could the timing be any fucking worse?? I am missing the only 3 Dave Mathews shows in the area and now I find out that the Crystal Method will be performing at Summerfest on July 4th. That is bullshit. 2 of my favorite bands and there isnt any way to swing this.

And to make it worse, a good friend of mine recently won 2 tickets to the chicago show and 2 tickets to the alpine valley show of dave mathews. And of course who does he ask??? Me!!!! That never happens to me. Here are a couple free tickets to a killer band and I can go. I am ready to go postal!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FYI, I leave in 9 min. I would stay the hell out of my way.

FUCK!!!!!!!!!!

I love DMB too. I've been to like 8 or 9 shows now, wharehouse member, nancies.org member.
i actually am having a problem with this july 3rd show too. for over 5 years now, me and some friends have made a tradition about going to the taste early, and blocking off an area, and setting up a windmill so people can find us.
but then, i always go to chicago dave concerts. the other thing that sucks though is that the show is at tweeter, and tweeter sucks.
i still haven't decided what to do.

Tell ya what....................You go to the concert and I'll take the tickets to Florida off your hands.

As long as it Doesn't involve Disney in any way. I'd shoot myself in the head if I have to go back there again.

Oh no, you did not just go there!!!

I lived in orlando for 2 years and worked at Disney for that time. Loved it and miss it. The money sucked but working and playing there all the time was great.

Maybe I am a little biased on this since I was basically raised on Disney. So Crazy, this is your first and last warning----- Dont your ever talk badly about the mouse.

My wife would go once a month if she could. You should see my house come x-mas. We were there for x-mas one year and had to buy 2 suit cases to bring stuff home besides the stuff we had shipped. I went a couple of times within like 6-7 months of each other and just got bored with it....sorry

You got bored!!! Wow. Maybe I have bigger inner child than you.. I dont know. When I go to Disney, I really dont do all the attractions like the rides and stuff. I more or less go there for the more grownup stuff. Like at Epcot's World Showcase which has all the various pavillions with the countries, I get a couple friends and we drink around the world. That is a very very fun time. Man do you get blitzed also. Stuff like that where you can have fun with things that arent marketed as things to do. Then again, maybe it is just me.

Yep did that with the wife and all the wine tasting and dinners at all the countries too. Went and saw all the shows and even went to Universal. Roller coasters don't really excite me. I think the biggest thing was all the walking. I was tired of walking to all these places. I was on vacation and wanted to relax.

Now Nassau in the Bahamas.....that was a vacation.

Lab, I would be even more pissed if it werent for me actually going somewhere fun. For those of you who havent checked it out yet, go to www.summerfest.com to see some of the other major bands that will be there. They have a pretty good lineup this year.
