I really hate to do this , especially to Brian (bnutz24), but I feel he has had too many opportunities to make this situation right.

Last season Bnutz24 wanted a pipe for his bike and I was selling one from my gixxer 750. I decided to let him take mine home to see if it would fit cause it was also from an air cooled suzuki motor. It did not so he was going to return it to me. Since I live so far away I told him to drop it off at my parents house to make it easier for him. We IM'd and e-mailed back and forth and he must have told me about 5 times he was dropping it off on a specific day. Guess what.......he never did. It's been months and he hasn't responded to my last 2 e-mails or the last 2 posts about it on the board. So as of now I guess my pipes I was selling are a write-off which is too bad cause I was selling them cheap and they were jet-hot coated. Would've made a nice pipe for somebody. I guess this is the only satisfaction I'll get.....

FYI: I just sent him this e-mail:

Brian,

last chance bro....I'm getting pissed. I've contacted you numerous times now and you've had my pipe since last season. Each time you've said you'd drop it off by my parents house cause it's closer for you and you still have not. This is not a way to treat another riding brother. I'm not happy!!!!!!

Same guy. I have no idea why he did this. He mentioned at one point he had to look for part of it. It may be that he lost part of the pipe and is embarassed to tell me.

You and Labdog both could have used the pipe and I only wanted $80 (I think that's what I told him) for it. All it needed was a little polishing on the canister and a bit of mothers on the pipes.

Not sure if this is coincidence or not but after I send him the e-mail he showed up as an off-line contact on my IM buddy list. Up till now he's always been listed as away.

So if you are seeing this Brian come out and defend yourself. I'd be happy to apologize if you give it back and give all your riding brothers and sisters a good explanation for this.

Just so everybody knows. Bnutz24 still hasn't responded to the e-mail I sent Teusday or the one I sent a couple of weeks before that, or for that matter one I sent a couple of months ago.

Brian,

It's always a pity when someting like this happens and believe me I'd hate for it to happen to any of us especially when it means that the trust you instill in somebody backfires on ya. Not tryin to defend him for what he did because it was certainly wrong and he's had many opportunities to make things right but, I also seem to remember something about him saying he was in the military as a reservist. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought I'd heard that.

Honestly, I don't remember him saying that. I'm not sure but Tony has relayed to me that his IP has checked the board not too long ago so I don't believe he is over there. If he is I will obviously apologize.

Does it matter???? It's the principle brother. It's an aftermarket V&H quick release exhaust that has been jet hot coated

Well.....if anyone wants to know where to find him, I have a good idea where to start looking. I recognize the buildings in his photo, so I'm guessing he lives in the co-ops off of Western Ave., south of 26th street and North of Sauk Trail.

Glad you got things worked out. As for being hurt, well you kind of brought that on yourself by not following through or communicating what was going on.

I hope your situation improves. Just remember that problems don't get better by ignoring them.

Give a guy a break. You're right, problems don't get better by ignoring them, but you also have to prioritise them. If I had a family to support, and lost my job, believe me, I'd drop everything else and bust my ass to find another job. No dis to you Crazy, I understand that wasn't fair to you, but shit happens. Bottom line is, he didn't do it on purpose, and he apologized. Isn't that what counts?
