Help from photo editing people!!

I went to a graphics place to have my avatar put on vinyl and cut as a sticker except they said it would cost me 50.00 bucks to take the pic and clean it up. Now that is just the cleanup end. I said no way.

My question is----is that fair? how do you clean up the pic and does anyone know what he means or how can i do it? if possible? If someone knows photo software or editing it can't be all that tough can it? For me probably but damn 50.00 just to do a cleanup and save?

Let me know please. here is my avatar as a jpg.

Exactly. What size do you want. I can run over to the shop that did mine and Lupi's graphics. Shouldn't be much more than $20

Blow it up and clean it up yourself or live with the lagged lines you will have from making the pic that large. $50 is for about one hour or less of labor and not out of line if they have to do the work.

Yes, not out of line, but we take care of our own. Let me know what width you want, 4" ? and I'll see what I can do.

Once it's done it's not a problem to get as many as you want, but it looks like you want to take your image from 150 pixels to 3600 pixels. That's a dramatic enlargement, which, depending on what you're looking for, is a bit of work to smooth.

Do you have an original that is any larger?

You need to have somebody to trace this image with vectors so the vinyl ppl. can cut it for you.
I did my best with what you give us , I will send you eps. and dxf. vectore file .
all I need is your email .

It took me about 5 minutes to trace it .
I use ArtCamPro 5.5 . I took your image and did my best.
If you could get me better jpg or btm you would get a lot better file. I'll see what I can do with it . It may change a bit but if you want sharp sides no problem.
As for "what to do with it? " take it to sign shop and have'em cut it for you. Tell them what size you need and what color.
I'll email you more files with some sharp bad ass sides

ohh btw you need to send me 50$ check J/K
