Turkey Discovery Last week....

My puppy was given a teeny tiny taste of people food for the first time - a piece of turkey.... He hunted down where the source was within seconds.

before this, he had no interest in the kitchen what so ever.

My wife gives out bostons treats from the table. They know better than to come begging to me.

Aren't puppies great?

I'm having fun watching little Diesel start figuring things out.

My bulldog transforms into an endurance athlete when there's people food involved. Other times you have to poke him to make sure he's still alive.

The lab I had as a kid was the same way. We used to stick a mirror right by his nose to see if he could still fog it up by breathing.

One morning my dad yells up to me at 5 am while I'm sleeping. "Boy, wake up. Help me carry the dog outside, he's dead."

I'm laying there like 5 mins thinking you asshole, my best friend just died and you tell me by yelling up the stairs.

Then my dad yells "Oh, never mind."
