How in the world does Sadaam Hussain organize a bank robery while we are trying to hunt him down?????

Even better than that is this. The US Military knows of 3 semi trucks that crossed the boarder into Syria very shortly into the war and they have no idea what was in those specific trucks.

Possibly Saddam playing scrouge mcduck and swiming in his wealth.... literally???

That's a ton of money, I wonder how much it weighs (no pun intended).
You could probably use the stacks of bills as bricks to make a house.
