Um, wow.. ethics question time:

So people know you are posting pictures of the inside of their private residence on the internet when those pictures were gathered for a financial transaction?

If an appraiser came in to do your home and that's all you thought was happening and you later find them on the internet in an unrelated forum thread, would that make you reconsider who to recommend or not recommend for an appraiser next time you need one or someone asks for a referral to one?

Normally I'd be upset, but since I've already recieved 4 PM's from ladies on the site I'm going to look at this thread as a positive.

Seriously??

I've never met these people, there was no public info on them and it was sent through an email chain just like you would get a joke through. I don't know who they are nor are they my customers or even anybody i knows customers. Its an email chain, for all we know these pictures are a few years old. Im sure if you have beds all over the house, whips chains and a strip club in your house though any info sending people to you should be good

there was also a sign in the bathroom that said "no smoking" and at least 2-3 beds in every bedroom wrapped in plastic

With the number of realtors/loan people on here I didn't assume it was a joke. Mea Culpa.

haha! man that is awesome! the person getting their house appraised probably didn't really mind if pics got out cuz c'mon, look at that living room! keeping it in the bedroom is being private but prominently displaying their lifestyle in the living room means they're damn proud of it!
