It's because you're Venezuelan. DHL doesn't like Venezuelans.

UPS and FedEx owns. My delivery guy always asks how my dogs are doing. At first he was scared to death of them. Now he loves the rott.

They all suck, but FedEx sucks the least.

If you love UPS, god forbid you move and have to change UPS offices... trust me on that one... your billing will be all fucked up for a very long time.

DHL tracking seems to be stuck in the 1980s.

Everyone Exaggerates

My new UPS guy is pretty cool. He knows I get small packages and takes care to make sure they get to me, don't get wet etc. UPS in general is absolute crap. A co-worker of mine was a shift manager and told me all sorts of terrible tales of what really happens at UPS Depot.

Fed Ex was good, but once they started Fed Ex Residential delivery (which is contracted out work) they've gone down the tubes. When I order stuff Fed Ex, I try to list myself as a business rather then residential to get real Fed Ex delivery guys bringing my gear.

DHL has been hit or miss. My last guitar that arrived wet. But that's the first issue I've had with them.

I only use DHL when shipping very heavy packages due to it being cheaper. One time I shipped an engine and it got damaged in shipping. They paid the claim within a week. I was suprised at how quickly the turnaround was on the claim process.

hahaha! Let me guess, you're waiting for your new XPS too? I've been trying to get more info on delivery time and they just say, "its out for delivery, you should get it between 7am and 7pm." They make Comcast hours look good.
And their pick up place is in Alsip, who the fock wants to go all the way out there?

DHL lost a package of mine. They delivered it to the house down the street and I would have never received it 'cept a kid dropped it off for me. Started an investigation and never heard back.

The address was clearly mine.
