Need Traffic Court Lawyer

I got snagged on I-55 before it becomes LSD. Got a ticket for doing 84mph in a 45mph, but the speed limit is 55mph on I-55, thus it should be 30mph over not 40mph. I also got cited for Driving Too Fast For Conditions? It is bone dry on the highway, partly cloudy, wtf! BTW, ticket was issued by CPD, not State Trooper.

In short, I need a good traffic court lawyer to get me out on probation.

Save your money. Just go to court and plead not guilty and point out how the ticket was written incorrectly. Swear up and down you were going the speed limit.

I beat a ticket for 84 in a 45 on LSD and Montrose once. True story ... and not a Mao true story either ... a really really true story.

If you ain't with us, then it's just bad news.

Not last night, just last hour 3:00PM, on my way to work.
Hard to beat a ticket when driving virtually reckless, and I just completed my probation time for another ticket earlier this year. I just want to get out on probation, suspended license in NOT an Option.

Sucks dude, and wish I had lawyer connections. I just wanted to add that it doesn't matter if its CPD or State police. CPD was given authority to police the expressways a few years ago when springfield cut the State Police budget.

I thought my heart was going to jump out my chest while I was questioning him in front of the judge. That cop was SO PISSED when the she said "Not Guilty."

Prosecuter: "Were you looking at your spedometer?"

Me: "No."

Prosecuter: "So maybe you were doing 48 or 49 MPH."

Me: "No, I know exactly how fast I was going and it was 45 MPH."

Judge: With a very doubtful look, "Sir, are you sure you were not speeding?"

Me: "Yes your honor, I am positive. I know exactly how fast I was going and it was 45 MPH."

Judge: "Not Guilty"

Cop: "FUCK!"

How on God's green Earth can that story be true? If denial is all that is needed, no one will get convicted for speeding.

I am not kidding you, not in the least. I have to admit, that cop was having a very bad day.

I have done this more then once. That was the highest speed I ever got out of though. Another time the judge said "I am not saying the officer is lying, but there is enough reasonable doubt, so I am going to rule Not Guilty."

I believe you man but as a minority, your story goes on the level of :

Officer, I didn't know I couldn't do that.

The stop on LSD was a black cop and i was scared questioning him in court, lol.

The key is to ask the cop lots of questions. What was i wearing? What were traffic conditions? Where were you? Did you calibrate the radar? What other cars were around me? Did you ask me for my insurance card? Did you ask me to take off my helmet, etc, etc. If they don't bring a notebook, how the hell are they going to remember? And then you contridict everything they say.

In that stop, he was down an exit ramp (montrose) finishing giving someone else a ticket. But he came for me real fast. He looked right at me, he had no radar in his hand, he wasn't in his car, there were cars around me and there was a gold nissan pulsar going faster then I was, he didnt ask for my ins card or ask me to remove my helemt and sunglasses.

Another time, the cop gave me and a friend tickets for speeding on bikes by the Broken Oar. 66 in a 35. He got his attorney father in law to go to court and he got the ticket. I went by myself on a differant day and using the same tactics I got a not guilty.

All an attorney will do is plead guilty anf try to get a lesser puishment. I was determined to get off completely.

I'm not saying you can do it everytime, but you would be amazed. Suit tie and expressing how safe and responsible of a rider I am and how much I care about my record.

Believe me, i have paid for many more tickets then i got out of, but those two times in particular called for deperate measures.

If you ain't with us, then it's just bad news.

Yes he said it. And loud too. He actually said it right after she said Not and before she said Guilty.

Then he stormed off because that was his last case on the docket.

Jammin and I had a Wisconsin State Trooper scream "BULLSHIT!!" at the top of her voice, I was laughing so hard!
WST: "Do you know what the speed limit is here?"
Jammin: "45 Ma'am"
WST: "And how fast were you going?"
Jammin:"45" (we were doing maybe 90ish)
WST: "BULLSHIT!!!"
RickC1957: "laughing so hard I almost tipped the bike"
WST: "This isn't a laughing matter sir!"
RickC1957: "Yes it is! He got you to scream BULLSHIT!!"

I still can't believe we didn't get tickets.

No one gets that lucky and if this is true you should have bought a lottery ticket immediately after. My advice to normal people is always go to court with and attorney. I always have one present, in fact I have one on retainer. I spent over 2 grand this year due to speeding tickets but my record is clean

And you would think with all the cop friends I have on here one of them would show me the secret handshake to get out of tickets.... but Noooooo Tony is not worthy

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

A few people on the forum used this guy and I swear by him. David Weiner, 847-336-9111. Got my buddy out of 5 simultaneous tickets once for $500. The tickets where for failure to control a vehicle, swerving, no license, no insurance, and fleeing. ( My buddy "did not see" the Harley cop that was trying to chase him) He is usually at least $50 more then average. He also has 4 brothers all lawyers, and his father is a judge. Sometimes they will shuffle you around from one to the other because they can't defend you if they are also the prosecutor in that district.

You know the Germans, if you donīt join the party they come and get you.

Sometimes they will shuffle you around from one to the other because they can't defend you if they are also the prosecutor in that district.
Thnx, finally useful contact info

When you stop getting tickets for 55 in a 55, they will show you the shake.

BTW, when the squad lights come on, downshift one gear (if applicable) and twist throttle/floor the gas. Repeat until the lights go away.

My last ticket was in 1997.
