11 month old boxer...needs a good home...

ok I think is where i would post this....my friend is picking a puppy up and needs to find a good home for him....here is her post from another site...

please read....i need yer guys' help. --
im going 2 pick up an 11 month old neutered male boxer 2marrow from momence area. i cant let him go to the shitty ass pounds down there.

he looks just like my dog samson. fawn boxer , black mask, has all his shots and hes neutered and house broken!!

his owner cant keep him cuz hes moving 2 an apartment w/no pets allowed. please guys ask around, this puppy needs a good home!!! if youve never had a boxer, than youre truly missing out!! they are such loyal dogs, yet so clownish and always playing even in their old age! they make great watchdogs too!! They are also very clean dogs, they always keep their paws clean!! i already have 2 dogs or id keep him--guys please help! you wont regret it i promise!!!

get back 2 me if you think you, or sombody you know might be interested in adopting him!!!

thank you and sorry if this is in the wrong section

If he doesn't find a home tell her to contact Rebound Boxers. GREAT rescue organization that will find him a great forever home!

I've had two Boxers. . . one male (Bouncer) about fifteen years ago and a female (Shayna) five years ago. I wish they would have lived forever They were the most fun, absolute loyal, kind and beautiful animals I've had the pleasure of experiencing. If my life was different this post would simply say, "Where do I pick him up?!"

These dogs will die for you but will never hurt a sole unless seriously provoked. Mine have been around babies, children, strangers at the door, parties and other animals and I've never had a problem, complaint or worried about "what if". I've found few people I loved as much.

There is nothing firm, nothing balanced, nothing durable in all the universe. Nothing remains in its original state, each day, each hour, each moment, there is change. Change is the essence of life. Embrace change as you do life. To fight change is to live in the past.

I always liked boxers, are they good in apartments or do they need a lot of room to run around? Also, are they OK with a cat?

I would love to take him, but i don't have a yard or a very big house, and he would probably be happier somewhere he could run around :-(

You can own boxers and live in an apt. You just need to be near a park or big area for the pooch to run around in, that's all.

Don't let the size of your home deter you. These pooches are the laziest, and they love to sleep all day. So, if you're interested, then go for it.

Mine would sleep any time I sat down. She had her crazy moments, but for the most part she loved the couch.
