Beware of Xtreme Motorsports in Streamwood

If you don't know about Micheal of Xtreme Motorsports in Streamwood, you will know after you read this.
DON'T TRUST HIM!!!!!!!

I have a custom Honda. I talked to Micheal before I dropped my parts off , so we could get an understanding on how much it would cost and when all my parts would be completed! He said he needed a deposit of $1000.00 and that it would take 3 weeks to complete the job. We shook hands I gave him the$1000.00 cash and my parts on February 2,2003! Here it is May 12,2003
and I don't have my parts or my cash. He's since then closed his
shop in Streamwood and now is doing business out of Stoll Racing in Schaumburg (More Crooks). He doesn't retrun my phone calls,he's giving 5 promise dates to produce my parts and has broken every last one of them. I also found out that Dave Frolick
of former Personal Touch polishing is back in business doing the chrome and polish work for Micheal the RAT at an secert location
and I know there people looking for him. Micheal the Rat continues to duck and dodge me I call Stoll Racing 15 times a day no one ever answer the phone! What Micheal the Rat doesn't know is that he F with the wrong guy. I've spent the last 3 weeks
learning everything about the RAT, where he lives family and all, what he drives, girlfriend and the same for Mr. Dave

Recap: My bike is all over my garage! and can't be ridin.
$5000.00 of parts my parts are god knows where.
My $1000.00 deposit is gone.

My questions is this! I been really cool about this whole thing just
so I could get my parts back and I would never use The Rat Again!

should i Call the Law!!!!

2nd i would call the police and have them retreive your parts. explaine you have tried but to no avail.

3rd goto small claims court to get your money back.

it stinks when bussiness goes south. i feel your pain.

Willard: When I was home after my first tour, it was worse. I'd wake up and there'd be nothing. I hardly said a word to my wife, until I said "yes" to a divorce. When I was here, I wanted to be there; when I was there, all I could think of was getting back into the jungle.

heres my advise, from getting screwed and then going to small claims court. even if ya win...get ready to go to another 3 more court cases and spend even more money...before it is all over. they can audit the money out of his account..and thats after all the court cases with that.

my advise is to do what you just did, warn everyone you can about those FUCKEN LOSERS!!!!!!!!
told your case of whats going on.

for a 1000.00 it isnt even worth the money no more to get back...its about all the BULLSHIT you went threw with them dealing with all this crap!

to that i say....talk to some heavy hitting bat boy!

and now from this horrible story...this is gonna make head line news on our front page to warn everyone!

Thats one thing but it soulds like he's also missing half his bike. That could now be grand theft under the law.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.
