It's in the tools section by all the sockets, I used them for an axle tool. I just randomly happened to see them in the store, never saw them on the site. They look like a regular socket with a monster allen key sticking out of it.

Shit, it's unbelievable that of all places, the Autozone would have it. We called Sears, Harbor Freight, Ace, Home Depot, Menards...

Job is almost done, now I need a 3/8'' to 1/2'' adapter for the fucking torque wrench. I'm off to Sears. That reminds me why I never cleaned the oil screen before. This "oil change" took almost 6 hours already.

Lets see what todays day started like

picked up and transported by stas to CC where i almost bought a 1098, learned how to get 5 more horsies out of the ecu which was restricted by Kawasaki due to us laws.

Then the hunt for 4t racing oil where we found that 4t and mx4t is the same oil with a changed name, charged for 1 qaurt rather then 2! then a purchase of 4 cases of oil from another place with then in stock

russian food, another trip back to CC for a filter (dam you stas) then 2 trips to mao house 1 trip again to AZ and 5 hundred phone calls and still failed to change the oil

Stas your bad luck

I have a 3/8" to 1/2" adapter if you want to use it. Man you guys are troopers. Heated garage or not, I would have called it quits.

Yep. I actually will have it off when we do the dyno test in may and then ill put it back in to actually see it for myself

And as far as ducatis yes they are alot easier to get to things. Heck you need to get here you take that panel off was great. You dont have to take every piece of plastic of to get to something like on other sport bikes

The old F4 and F4is were also really easy to work with. I can do an oil change without taking off any fairings. The trunk was also usable for more than just a baseball cap and Power Commander.

Thanks for the offering, I've bought it yesterday. Along with the bunch of another crap - I shouldn't be allowed going to the Sears tools department.

Mao, it is warm and cozy in my garage . Swing by for a beer some time.

Right on! Thanks to Tom's skills in removing the fairings, things were nice and easy. Only one trip to Sears to buy the fucken Torx screw drivers - gonna replace the wind screen.

Multistrada is easy to work on because it is almost naked, anyway. The fairings are few and, as I'm surprised to find, easy to take off.

Now that I know you have a heated garage I will. I'd like to see your setup as I want a heated garage in the future also.
