Need assistance.

I decided to use a machine car wash on Saturday since all the other places (hand wash, DIY) we're closed due to the weather. Anyways, got it cleaned up, took it home and after inspection, i noticed that there's not 1, not 2, but 8 (yes, 8) fucking dings (long vertical dents, about an inch long) on all 4 doors. The car didn't have any dings to begin with so i noticed it right away. As you can imagine, i'm pretty facking furious since i've kept the car pretty mint.

Is there anything i can do to have them fix this? TIA

Good luck with that. Usually a sign out front saying they are not responsible.

Just call Ken and have him take a look at them.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Have you tried calling them and seeing what they say?

Going to do that today (closed sunday) and i didn't notice it till after 5 on Sat. It's not that noticeable (my gf couldn't tell until i pointed them out), i'm just being anal and to me my car is more of a POS with those dents and i don't feel like driving it anymore.

Uh yeah don't ever use one of the washes that touches the car. But a carwash giving door dings? Frickin weird.

Yeah, i was desperate and didn't feel like driving to highland park for a free handwash. DOH!

They're about 1 inches in length, vertical. The dents are placed identically on each side (1 below side mirrors, 2nd under driver/pass door handles, 3rd about 5mm from crack/hinge on rear doors, 4th by rear doors handles). I liked this place, been going for more than 5 years now, and never had a problem. Frack.
