Anybody have one or have a workout machine they recommend? I was gonna do the gym thing but meh. Id rather be able to do it in the basement whenever i want.

Dad has one, I personally think its a piece of trash.

Their Dumbbells that are adjustable in weight are decent and somewhat useful, but I wouldn't get any of their multi-use machines.

NESBA - Seems to be missing, can someone direct me where to find it?

Home workout machines are all a matter of preference and lifestlye. Of course some would prefer to work out at a gym because of the variety and it depends on your goal as well.

But, if you are on a limited schedule and want a home gym, the Bowflex is most likely one of your best bets. I have had the Bowflex Unltimate for over a year and just got the adjustable dummbells last week. Last week, I started incorporating the Bowflex into the P90X workout routine a its perfect. That is my though. It's all based on opinion.

If you are local, you are more than welcome to come over and try the machine if you like.

What do the internet and Channel 11 have in common? They are both a window to the world; put it out there and do not be surprised who will see it.

thanks man, i might hit you up on that offer.

The only reason i either want a machine or do the gym thing is because Im getting back into martial arts again and i wanna make sure im not relying on the dojo's work out alone.

Just buy a regular bench, and some dumbells, then if you stick with that keep getting more as you go, cable crossover machine the list can go on and on and more and more expensive.
