Aim for the arrows and not the pins. It's now about power but precision.

*Disclaimer, I suck at bowling

Keep the ball on the lane. Hit the pins.

Ride smart... stupid hurts.

Everyone crashes. Some get back on. Some don't. Some can't...

Godspeed 788!!! We miss you!

Deuces is an expert bowler. I would listen to what he has to say.

Take a running start and throw that thing as fast as you can. When she bowls hit the reset button

my technique so far is to hurl the heaviest ball as hard as I can. I've knocked over pins in the adjacent lanes with the ricochet. If only I couldndo it consistently.

Give her a 16lb ball and then take a bumper lane for yourself. It's the only way i've been able to beat girls at bowling all these years.

Make sure you are following though with your throw. I rule at CLSB bowling.

You don't need a ball much heavier than 14 pounds. 16 is good. Make sure you keep your arm straight on follow through, don't cross it across your body. Aim with the arrows, and hit the pins in the 1-2 or 1-3 pocket, kind of like when breaking while shooting pool. That's all I gots. I suck at bowling too.

Just be smooth. Keep your approach and arm swing constant on each throw and jsut adjust little by little where you stand and the lane arows you aim for.
