I found an accident clip...

That closely resemblesw my accident. Notice WHEN the driver puts on his turn signal to make the left turn. This was much slower than my accident, I ended up about 25 feet further after the hit before I came to a stop.

I beg to differ in this video, his turn signal does come on right before he starts to turn left, you see it flash once before the car starts to move left.

get the point though

hey do you really have a B-King or is it still on the way. Just noticed it was on the cover of I think Motor Cyclist this month as I was looking for the Top Gear magazine

Ahh you are right. In mine, my head was already paralell to the back bumper, or just about, when the turn signal on. You get the jist of the accident though.

Yes, I have the B-King but it's being stored at Schaumburg Suzuki Honda until I am ready to bring it home. They had 2 of them. I bought the all black version. They are still selling the silver/black one and are really wanting to get it out the door...

Were you lane splitting too?

Hah! No. I was on a two lane road, passing on the left (legally) when the guy decided THEN was a good idea to turn left.

The ONLY problem with the bike is the area where your knees go. If you were any taller than me (I'm 6'0") and you probably wouldn't be able to fit. There is a nice little arch where your legs fit nice around the gas tank. But, depending on the triangular relationship between your feet on the pegs, your rear end, and your knees, you could find out that you will be uncomfortable as your legs are splayed. It fit JUST right for me, otherwise I would have passed on it.

EDIT: See here in this picture you can see where your left knee MUST fit or else you are too big for the bike.

Buy a Duc or MV, and all those bad feelings will go away. True story.

In this weather only the Goldwing with Gerbings will do. I don't want to bundle up like that kid on Christmas Story just to ride.
