APC Mobile Power Pack

So, with doing a ton of travel this year, I wanted to better prepare for those long flights. My Ipods would always run out of charge on the 8-10 hour flights. I wanted something to give me a little extra power.

APC has a great little battery pack that allows you to hook up devices that allow power through USB, like the Ipods. This thing doubles the amount of time I can run my 60 gig video Ipod. On the Nano, it's even longer. It's very small - smaller than the 60 gig Video Ipod. I highly recommend looking into it for those that travel and want that extra power for their Ipods.

that's good, but I find it's easier to get a seat that has the 12VDC plug available and attach your travel inverter

I find it harder and harder to do that these days, especially since I'm a cheap ass when it comes to commercial flying and always go coach. I remember back in the late 90's when it was much more common. I think Airlines are sick of repairing the broken sockets.

I got one of those a while back for going to an APC seminar.. They gave me a leather bag with the converter in it and such plus 2 x 200 travelers checks (which i lost.. bah)
Not a bad racket, that going to "round table events" thing..
Good food too
