Anyone looking for a new home

TORONTO'S SMALLEST
HOUSE IS FOR SALE ! ! !

It's nothing short of a "Glorified Tent" .. or is it?

If ... You live alone or with one other person (or an extremely small dog)
or if ..... You don't have much stuff (barely more than a homeless person) .. or if..... You miss that cute little apartment you lived in while teaching English in Japan

THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU ! !

Attachment 45193

This house, located near the intersection of Dufferin Street and Rogers
Road is believed to be Toronto's smallest house. Occupying what used
to be a driveway, it's a one bedroom, one bathroom home that sits on a
parcel of land 7.25 feet (2.2 metres) wide and 113.67 feet (34.6 metres)
long and has an interior a rea of just under 300 square feet (under 28
square metres).
Attachment 45194

Here's the living room, looking towards the front of the house
Attachment 45195

Here's the living room again, looking towards the back ...
Attachment 45196

go time traveler style and go back in time, fuck his grandma, then shoot forward in time and then fuck his mom. Then return back to present state and call him a the product of two incest whores and hes your son and show video of you plowing the both members of his family. .

Here's the kitchen. Note that despite the small space,
they've managed to fit a washer and dryer into the place

Attachment 45199

Here's the bedroom. It comes with a Murphy bed,
which is a necessity i n such a space. This is what it
looks like with the Murphy Bed down
Attachment 45200

And here the bedroom with the Murphy Bed retracted:
Attachment 45201

You also get some patio space out back.
Here it is, looking towards the front of the house:
Attachment 45202

go time traveler style and go back in time, fuck his grandma, then shoot forward in time and then fuck his mom. Then return back to present state and call him a the product of two incest whores and hes your son and show video of you plowing the both members of his family. .

Truth be told, that doesn't look like that bad of a setup. It's narrow but it seems to be quite long. The price is a little high, but it's probably Canadian dollars which makes it somewhat cheaper.

You don't have to move to Toronto, you can build your own, on a trailer even, so that it's portable.

Where have you been? The USD and CAD are virtually the same these days.

I said "somewhat" jackass. I was on Vancouver island last year for a friend's wedding, a case of Bud Light (which was still cheaper than domestic garbage Canadian beer), was $52 USD a case, I almost slapped the clerk when he told me the price.

That is the ideal 'hookup' spot for having liaisons with people who aren't your spouse. I'd buy that place and then rent it out to recently divorced MILFs.

You know, to help them in this difficult time...

PS, the Murphy Bed would require additional bracing for industrial use.

did anyone actually think about what the cost is compared to a condo downtown. This equates to $300 a sq ft for this place and I know that would be cheap compared to some condos in the Loop, sure they would be bigger.....but dollar for sq ft?
