I didn't watch too much of last season (saw the Finale though). I was going to download it but I never got around to it. I used to watch it during the first season every week.

Was never really into it, until I ran out of TV shows to watch online at work. Caught up on the last three seasons online over the past couple weeks and now I'm kind of excited about this first episode.

very excited. Sucks that there's only eight episodes but it's better than nothing. It was good to catch up last night.

Brianne's Uncle works in Hollywood. He said that the writers strike could ruin LOST if it runs to long, as everyone's contract has a set end date. So if the strike goes too long...we either get bush league writing, or no proper ending.

The wifey and I are excited. I really like the series, even with the ups and downs.

Can't wait for the show, I hope the cable doesn't go out in the snowstorm we are expecting.....
Anyone catch the show last night with the messages scrolling at the bottom of the screen? Nice touch, it got me back in the flow a bit.

I watched the recap yesterday, and I'm all excited again. Jack and Sawyer aren't playing any games. It's about time they got serious . There is only so much you can take of people pushing you around .

Its on ABC (7.1 for HD), all you really have to do is stick a paper clip in the coax hole and you get HD signal. One of my TVs is hooked up to the regular antennae and it gets HD channels as well. Hopefully I can make it home in time to watch the show but its snowing pretty hard.

Dual Tuner Tivo FTW, I worry not of such trivial matters of driving home in the snow to catch a show. Lost and Smallville shall be recorded at the same time .

Driving? I take the train, then the bus. I don't have a Tivo. All I have is a VCR. I think I have a DVD recorder thing that can record in HD but I don't use that shit. Doesn't Tivo charge per month? I've never understood how that works. You buy the box that records shit and they charge you every month. WTF? I don't pay Mitsubishi every month to record shit onto my VCR. It even records automatically.

Yes, they charge per month. How it works is your Tivo box downloads the TV guide every day from Tivo's servers. This is what you are paying for, you only have to set this up when you first get Tivo, so it works with your cable service provider and gets the channels right, after that it is smooth sailing. If you don't pay for the guides, you can use it like a VCR and just record shows by time and channel, but with a subscription, you can just say record all new Lost shows and it does it, no matter when they air/ or channel they air . I rarely watch live TV anymore. Not to mention you skip over commercials in seconds .

Lost is a like a car accident on the side of the road. You can't help it but watch. The plot is a train wreck.

I'm pissed they keep killing off the hotties.

Shannon - Shot by accident.
Nikki - Buried alive by accident. She would always show a lot of cleaveage too.
