That should be matte...black primer. Sold without actual paint so it's even cheaper.

Only problem with that setup is it's a mopar product.

I agree. It has a nice aggressive stance, but it could use wider tires.

I wonder if it will have a title you can get plates for ?
Swap those slicks out for some Dots.. you know for grocery's and such
