I coulda sworn I heard that there was a gang related shooting resulting in multiple deaths at Harlem Irving Plaza today. Was I trippin'? or was I given the wrong info and this is the actual massacre that happened today?

That's only a few miles from my house!! I'm at 167th & Harlem. TPPD called our house at 3am this morning to be on the look out for this guy, make sure all doors are locked etc.
I think TP is making these calls to residents in order to cover their ass because there have been robberies, abductions in the past which they haven't notified the public about. The reason I know about those crimes is because some of those happened in my neighborhood! Well, I hope they find this fucker reall soon...

why would police not release a detailed description of this guy? Because they know who he is and are staking out locations waiting for him? Not wanting him to flee the area?

They tend to have a lower self esteem and require far less convincing to try the 'audition'.
