Mission Accomplished!

Ate some fantastic Kansas City BBQ beef ribs at Jack Stacks BBQ. So tender and melts in your mouth. Was not too impressed with the BBQ ribs or the KC sauce. Was too sweet for my taste. Jack Stacks is no Mom and Pop BBQ joint, very high class eatery. It's a must try.

Oh and something followed me home. It is being converted to a track bike so anyone interested in the fairings or other OEM parts, please let me know. It will be up for sale soon.

1,140 Miles and came with helibars and Yoshi RS-5 CF pipe.

Levers will definitely go and will be replaced with Pazzos. OEM fairings and headlights will go also. So will the OEM brake lines and pads. I'll have to make a list so I don't miss anything.

Maoisn can tell no lie. Posing is fun but it's not my style. It's my friend's bike. I may get one also though as it is one bad ass bike.

Let's go there tomorrow for dinner. I hear it's someone's birthday.

You ate the wrong thing, Mao. Beef burnt ends FTW.
Baked beans and cheesy creamed corn on the side.

Jack Stack is the best BBQ ever. I would stand in front of a giant TX flag and say that. Why do you think we drive through KC on our way to IL every christmas? It's not for the scenery!!
