Found this on the net. I don't know but if it's me I prefer getting it off before explaining anything stupid to my boss.

PROCEDURE FOR REMOVING PAINT FROM CARS

As soon as possible after getting paint from road stripes on vehicle wash
the vehicle at a pressure car wash. This will loosen and remove most of
the paint unless it has dried for more than a day.

If the car wash does not remove the paint, allow the water to dry off the
vehicle. Spray the paint residue with WD-40 and allow the WD-40 to
stay on the area for 1-2 hours and rewash the vehicle. The WD-40 will
soften the traffic paint without hurting the vehicle finish. If there is a
heavy concentration, repeat the procedure.

For heavy accumulations or paint that has dried for several days, apply
a liberal coating of Vaseline petroleum jelly to the dried traffic paint
and allow to stay on overnight. Take vehicle to a pressure car wash and
wash. This should remove most of the traffic paint. If not repeat the
procedure.

DO NOT SCRUB THE FINISH WITH A SOLVENT OR SCOURING
CLEANSER!!!! THIS WILL DAMAGE THE FINISH.

After cleaning the paint away apply a good wax to the vehicle’s finish.
Wax should remove any lasting signs of the traffic paint.

Wheel wells are very difficult to remove the paint from since they are
normally a flat finish. Apply a liberal coating of Vaseline to the area and
leave for several days and then pressure wash. Applying an alcohol such
as Solox or Rubbing Alcohol to the area in the wheel well will help to
soften any residue left after the Vaseline. Again DO NOT SCRUB! Just
apply with a very wetted rag or sponge.

I got the paint off, went to the manual car wash and pressure washed the living shit out of it.

I also found the container under a car down the street that also got hit. It's some kind of metallic blue craft paint. I picked it up with pliers and stuck it in a ziploc bag. That will be going to the police.

Another car down the street got egged as well.

Awesome, glad it came off. Nice job on the detective work as well Sherlock, hopefully the coppers can do something with it. Might want to leave a note for the other poor sucker that got bombed to let em know to pressure wash it before they try to smear it all over the place.

Best way to get eggs off vehicles is to use the hi-pressure hot wax from a car wash. Dont ask how I know. I ususally have to do it every 3 months because we have some asshats who egg vehicles on our street. Usually only happens on wednesday nights/early thursday mornings when school is out of session for thursdays.

Camera into a computer point it out your windows each night. Record everything. Next time something happens (and it usually does) you have more to go on It's even more funny to hear parents say their kid would never do something like that and have the kid lie in front of their parents to you too.. Then.. show them the video... Leave before the beatings begin.

Everyone Exaggerates

We're being taken for a ride... agaaaaaaain.....

Cops are not going to do anything about this unless you've got pretty good proof who it was.

We called the police on some kids that damaged our neighbors Christmas decorations. They said they couldn't do anything unless the owner called.

2 months ago, I took a bunch of reports for white vans/suvs that had penises drawn on them (along all the sides and hoods) in brown spraypaint. One guy was able to get it off with water and this stuff that is similiar to comet but the grain is really fine. It's in a gold container that is the size of comet and the wording is something like "wish maker" or "kitchen maker" I'm not sure exactly. I think its also used as an oven cleaner.

After is worked for him, I told everyone else who I took reports from to try and it worked, and none of their vehicles were damaged. Most of the vehicles were company vans too.

Shold have left it in the street. You contaminated it by moving it. Don't you watch CSI?

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."
