I don't mind the weather. Business get better at work when it snows. More accidents and morons sliding into ditches because they think they are invincible in their suvs. I just don't like the people that think they know how to drive in it and fuck traffic up for everyone else. The last time it snowed some guy tried to pass me three times on the highway with no sucess. The last I saw of him when I looked in the mirrors he was spinning out and bounced off the jersey wall with the front end and then the back end.

As long as I can get back on Saturday for Rick's bash...I'll be ok

+1 bring it on, love being only 5 mins. from work regardless of weather. Does take a bit more motivation to workout though. Took me twice as long to get to the health club last week when the snow hit.

Are you coming from chicago? Its alot easier to take 94/41 and once out by dundee decide to stay on 41 until 60 or taken 94/294 to 60 might be easier since I was up until mid summer was coming from irving park and california that thats the way i took everytime even in rush hour with a cubs game its was bad coming in and going out was a nice flow once you pass lake ave.

I live in Oak Park (very close to 290)! I work in Vernon Hills! It took me 3 hours and 30 minutes to get home Thursday night! Trust me when I say this (and I do from time to time). If anyone's job is hiring and it's accessible by public transportation please let me know! Or a job that has the work at home option at least 2-3 times a week.

Driving this far in this weather is the SUCK!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, its going to suck today and tomorrow.

It'll start raining this afternoon and as the temp drops it'll turn to sleet and then snow.

Hopefully the temp won't drop until after the commute home, but the way things are looking....
