threw my back out

I can't get out of bed. My dog heard me scream in pain and has not left my side. This is not good. I think I need an MRI or something

How'd it happen, Tony? Not from shoveling snow, you've got a blower, right?

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

I've done that before. Muscle relaxers and pain killers FTMFW!

Since then, I have to do gay back exercises to keep it from tightening up and happening again.

aww
just man up tony!
j/k
i'd recommend taking a handful of muscle relaxers and letting it sort itself out.. soon as it loosens up enough to move.. hit a chirodoc...
(by that i mean hours not days)
but.. im not a doc or anything.. just someone who is friends with my chiro and she helps me out whenever i jack myself up.. and with a big 100pack of mexi flexerils we bought in playa del carmen for like 13 bucks

i work with what i have

I forced a neck crick through a 3 hour motorcycle ride last summer (prior to the little leg incident) that resulted in muscle spasms and an inability to walk, sit, stand, laydown and do number 2's

Back/neck sheeit is terrible.
