I went to the bike show today

I must say it was one of the better years for it, definitely has gotten better from previous years. I tried on one of the Scorpion helmets and I am in love with them, I will soooo be picking one up soon, I picked up a Schampa (?sp) neck and chin wrap to go under my helmet, as well as a shirt for my daughter declaring me the fastest person on the earth

Got a lot of pictures as well. I will post some up in a bit.

Oh and valet parking FTMFW!!!!

It was like, she was so stupid that since someone didn't actually TELL her to put on pants, she forgot.

Didn't take any, but these chicks are basically interchangeable. Find any picture of a girl with fake blond hair, skinny stick legs, and a slutty outfit (i.e., NO PANTS) and it'll be like you were there. The only thing I'll give this girl is that her dye job really wasn't all that bad. Her daddy probably let her take the credit card to the good hair salon.

I agree, great show. Not in the market this year for getting a new bike (maybe next year or year after) since I like changing bikes every 4 years or so. However I did really can see myself on a new VFR or Moto Guzzi Griso, very natural feeling. The Benelli was sweet too. The BMW was comfy yet sporty too but it has a parallel twin, too odd for even me. I really liked the Kawi Concours, felt much smaller than it really is. Some of the materials were pretty bad though, that little plastic storage compartment on the tank screamed cheap. Really like it otherwise, not exactly a practical bike for urban riding but interesting anyhow. Tony, agree 100% with Scorpion lids, top notch and great support too. The dude even remembered me at the booth from last year when I bought a lid! Their new leather jackets are really nice, may have to get one this year. They told me that the son of Hein Gericke is the guy who is designing their non helmet stuff. Pretty interesting. Some pics of possible future rides and some eye catchers

I spent a few hours at the show this afternoon, too. Was Triumph there? I didn't see an exhibit from that company, and I thought I walked the entire show.

Otherwise, lots of great great choices in rides available now.

I was there today and didn't see triumph there again. Think ducati needs to get a lil bigger area then they had. The 1098r is very sexy bike. I ended up buyin an new helmet.

I don't think Triumph has ever been there. It was nice to see KTM there though. They haven't been there in years past, but a few dealers would bring one or two along.
I am in love with the Buell 1125R though. Very nice bike in person. I would also buy the new Ulysses XT in a heart beat if it had the new Rotax motor in it.

I agree, that show was much larger and better than it was 2 years ago. There was so much to see I didn't even have enough time to see it all.
