If you dont mind me asking, how much was it to rent the bike and where from?
I know AZ superbikes (name?) rents them.. but that's all...
Wouldn't mind grabbing a bike next time I am out in LA...
Need to look into that.

rental prices arent bad.. bookmarking it..
the track rental prices are ... pretty high.. starting at 489/day... If that includes the track day... hmmm.. if not.. kinda high (but understandable...)
in any case... I think that makes Keith Code seem more reasonable... A bit under 600/day on his bikes.. and that includes the school, and the tracktime...

Might rent a 1098 next time im out (199/day vs 169/day for a 6...)
We'll see..

Thanks for the info

Thanks for the info!! My sister just moved to San Diego and my daughter and I are heading out there for a few weeks and I would love to be able to rent a bike while I'm there.

those number are amost year round high 60s to low 90
it rained the first day and sunny for the rest of the time
and the week started out in the high 60s and almost hit 80 by the end of the week.

i must say the weather is the number one reason why i want to go back but there are negative things to concider too.

housing and cost of living are high
but if you can score a job that covers that its by far the best place in the country to live.
