Anybody else remember these?

I don't think they sell these in the states anymore...

I bought them in the duty free in Frankfurt, we went thru like 2 or 3 boxes a day... and now anytime we have international house guests they bring me some...

Maybe I am dating myself.. but I loved these things as a kid... When I saw em in Germany it was a total blast from the past

damn these things are good....
I am down to 1.5 boxes
Yum.

They still sell those here. In fact I bought some yesterday at my local Quicky Mart. You can find it almost anywhere.

Never heard of those, but they look yummy. My favorite has to be Ferrero's (sp). I can honestly eat a whole box in 1 sitting. Yum.

Really?
I am not big into candy... never was.. even as a kid.. but when I saw em at the shop out there it threw me back to the late 70's

I thought they had quit selling them here... Good to know they are still around.. Ever notice how you want something a lot more when it is hard to get? Guess that's a normal thing.... Otherwise rare things wouldn't be so expensive.

Others remember them.. I don't feel so alone

I get those all the time at gas stations. I'm not a big fan of candy but those are my weakness.

Well what the hell..
I dont think I had seen them in over 20 years when I found them over there...
I thought they quit selling them here... I know Storck is a German company so I assumed that was why they were still selling them in Germany.

Know your feeling on weakness... They are one of the best candies I've ever had... I suppose barring the really high dollar chocolate.. Some of that is... Hmm.. Also Yum?

Anybody here ever heard of Tastykakes or Turkey Hill Ice Tea?

The Tastykakes are mostly an East Coast thing. Turkey Hill as far as i know is only in eastern Pennsylvania.

Damn...now I want some of both!
