I would just go to a mall parking lot when the mall is either closed or rather slow. Nice big lot with a lot of stop signs, tight turns and open space to do whatever types of manuvering you want. My recommendation is that.

So long as you are not doing anything wrong it is ok. I know tons of people who have been taken there by their parents when they were learning to drive. No difference than what you would be doing. Wouldnt recommend any standups or endos in the lots if you want to stay.

You shouldnt have any probs. They might stop to talk to you but that is because their jobs are insanely boring.

Depending on what you are trying to do, be careful in parking lots. There is a lot of oil and "stuff" on the ground. The grip can be suspect in parts. Knee dragging and stoppies are counter recommended.

There is nothing firm, nothing balanced, nothing durable in all the universe. Nothing remains in its original state, each day, each hour, each moment, there is change. Change is the essence of life. Embrace change as you do life. To fight change is to live in the past.

I'm not gonna do wheelies or stoppies. Wanna practice leaning, but not to a point of knee dragging. Sorta thing Ody did on Sunday, except I couldn't go...

Go to the local DMV after hours and practice the course. Those drills for the test are awsome low speed maneuver practice.

Sorry you thought I implied that. I did not meant that at all.

Though I really don't see how I implied dragging a knee in

Wanna practice leaning, but not to a point of knee dragging.

And no, I wasn't there. Sundays are not good days for me, but if it's on any other day, I'll definatelly be there.

I wouldn't lean a bike to far in a parking lot due to gravel and oil or worst yet...anti-freeze.

since you are in lisle, i got a place for you that is good to use. the lot is pretty clean also. there is an evangelical church on the corner of college road and hobson road. they have a nice big lot, its clean, and it should be empty. that's where i used to go practice at.
