F$%^ it...somebody catch me up please

I drop offline for a week of snowboarding in Utah with no laptop, just a couple feet of fresh powder and a few friends. Now I see there are 17 pages of new posts...screw that!

What did I miss? (Still downloading the WSBK races, so no spoliers please.)

Life's Journey Is Not To Arrive At The Grave Safely In A Well Preserved Body, But Rather To Skid In Sideways, Totally Worn Out, Shouting "HOLY SHIT... What A Ride!"

All you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never under estimate your opponent (mentality). Expect the unexpected (could work out in your favor). Two, take it outside(or to a table). Never start anything inside the Bar unless it's absolutely necessary. And three, be nice.

I have Internet access on my phone. But the point of going to the mountains to snowboard is to stay off the damn computer!

I might consider selling that bike this season. It's taking up room in the garage and if I yet again don't bother to register/insure it, then it'll just sit around for another year.

I stayed away from both work and client email accounts too. Made for one hell of a return to work today though.

Boarding was wonderful, it started to snow Wed at Powder Mountain, and then dumped snow all day long at The Canyons on Thursday and Friday.

There was a computer issue that involved clicking that wasn't a bad hard drive and your garage burnt down. That about sums it up.

So Jeff, did they let you out of the beginner group in Utah? :neener

The Canyons I've heard of. I'm thinking of hitting somewhere near Park City or something nearby on our way from Squaw to Vail. Any suggestions?

Park City is one of my favorites area, by far. Powder Mountain was cool as it was way out there and nearly empty when we went. The Canyons is still my favorite though, head to the left of the map first thing and spend all day in the black runs carving the powder in the trees. Park City Mountain is okay, but it's busy and to 'parky' for me; I like the backwoods, foresty stuff where you can just explore.
