He's going to fry. Self-defense against a guy driving by on a bike? Biker rammed a moving car?

Thinking that the girls changed lanes into the rider then called Daddy because the rider followed because they tried to hit and run. Daddy overreacted, shouldn't have shot the guy, obviously.

Premeditated murder. He got a gun, went outside and then used it.

The motorcyclist was definitely wrong if he did what they say. But he it doesn't sound like he should have been shot.

The guy should have had the police waiting, not a gun.

It will be flat out murder. It wasn't self defense. The motorcyclist drove by and came by again and was leaving if he was shot in the back.

If he was driving away, there was probably no immediate threat.

there are a LOT of unknowns here... but I still can't think of a scenario that would justify shooting the dude in the back and killing him.

The guy should fry, however it will depend somewhat on the laws in GA.
I saw some show the other night where a guy in TX got off after shooting some guys robbing his neighbors house. He was on the phone with 911 saying "They're outside. I'm gonna do it. I can't just sit here and let this happen." He went outside and shot one of the robbers in the back.

Messed up for sure.

Life has no instruction manual. Parts and labor can be impossible to find. Many go down the road with parts that are in need of service. A breakdown is eventual.

It's sad to hear this, he problly got cut of, girls admitted to vulgar gesture and he followed them cause he was pissed. Chose not to get confrontational at last minute and turned around to ride by in protest one more time.
And big tough daddy shot him! In the back!
Bull S*it. Even if he was wrong I don't see how he deserved getting shot in the back.

Some states allow deadly force to stop the commission of a felony, like robbing a house. Riding up and down the street is not a felony.

And shooting in the back does not in necessarily void the affirmative defense of self-defense for you aspiring lawyers out there.
