e-bay gloves

I just remembered a pair of gloves I was watching on e-bay ended at 8:00pm tonight. I was almost afraid to look. Damn. JR speedmaster gloves for $63

Ken just bought a pair of those I think. I'm waiting for the full report from him. I'd like Alpinestar GP Plus but I'm cheap and everybody else jumped on the Teknic deal so I'm watching e-bay.

Is there a deal on those gloves anywhere outside of ebay you know about, ebay only has small in black. I would like a pair black pair in large if anyone knows a decent deal.

You just missed Woodfield's open house. 30% off. That's where Ken got them.

I'm hoping to get a pair of JR or Alpinestars cheap. If not then I'll go with the Teknics like the rest. I want to get something before BHF, though.

You can get JR GPX, which are VERY similar to the speedmasters for $75 if you can get 5 or more people who want them.

Life has no instruction manual. Parts and labor can be impossible to find. Many go down the road with parts that are in need of service. A breakdown is eventual.

If you don't get the JR's the Teknic's are great. I just shifted from JR to them and just love the gloves. The construction, materials and quality of workmanship is super. There is a big improvement in the gauntlet and knuckle area. Overall they are better than the JR's. The olnly thing the JR's were better at was feel. They used a thinner leather in the palms and fingers. Oh, my JR's were vintage 2001 so I know there are improvements in the 2003 gloves. Anyway, I would buy them again in a heartbeat.
