So I think Im going to rent half my house out

Just looking for some suggestions from you guys. I currently have a 4 bdrm house in Zion, Il and its just me and my dog. Attached 2 car (or 6 bike) garage. I was thinking about renting out the upstairs (theres 3 bdrms and a bathroom). Where do you think I should advertise, how much should I charge, etc? Thanks for the help

* its already on craigslist

I would be looking at what other aparments etc are going for in zion considering its not expensive to live in that area.

go time traveler style and go back in time, fuck his grandma, then shoot forward in time and then fuck his mom. Then return back to present state and call him a the product of two incest whores and hes your son and show video of you plowing the both members of his family. .

I agree with that but you have to stay under the price of a comparable apartment since you are sharing the house.

You might want to be careful how you word the ad. If you advertise that you are looking for a roommate (or 2) you will most likely get single guys responding to your ad. If you advertise that you are renting out half your house you will get families or single parents, which I doubt you want.

Sometimes your knight in shining armor is just a retard wrapped in tin foil.

Get your lease documentation in order. It takes about 6 months for the courts to properly evict someone who won't leave on their own.

Finnish your basement and rent that out having a live in is never a good idea.This way it is all business and stays that way. Unless its a supermodel
than there is an exception to the rule

Rent the whole house and go find something else. You'll get more money - and better renters.

Sharing space and kitchens with strangers sounds like a nightmare to me. If you don't need the space, look around for something smaller and start making real money on the house.

My cousin has had a few roommates in his home. He is generally happy with the guys if they pay their rent and clean up after themselves. That said, he has kicked the last two out. They were both friends.
