Feeling blah

I don't know what it is but I have been feeling really run down and just overall blah physically lately. I started working out again and eating better (sometimes) and I thought that would help but I still just feel run down and tired way more than I should.

Anyone else feeling like this or know how to break out of the funk? And no... I don't think it's Seasonal Affective Disorder. I'm tempted to take a few days off work but I don't want to burn the time just to sit at home when I can use it better during the warmer months.

Dude it's the seasonal bs I got the same thing. I swear I am like a caged animal right now I just want to get the hell outta this fing cold and have some fun, play some sports, anything physical. Since I got my eyes lasered I have to lay off any physical sports for six months so my eye can fully heal. sucks I just want to get back into wrestling and jujitsu and sparring with my buddies that really lets off steam.

Riding is like therapy for us... Let's us escape all of the crap in our lives by just focusing on the moment and what's going on. At least thats how it works for me. I've noticed that I'm going crazy and blame it on that. LOL

I've been traveling everywhere, and I'm totally depressed. I'm so freaking sad these days I don't see any way out of it. I'm miserable and everything in my life is suffering as a result. To be hoenst, it doesn't even make me feel better to know that other people feel the same way.

I feel ya Eric. I'm in major bitchfest mode lately and it sucks. Poor Shelly and my daughter are having to deal with it. Anyhoo... you're prolly just overwhelmed from working, planning the wedding, moving into your new house and trying to keep up with Jen's insatiable sex drive.

Set aside your next day off and do whatever you like the most... get a massage, lay on the couch naked all day, whatever floats your boat.

Sometimes your knight in shining armor is just a retard wrapped in tin foil.

+1

Another possibilities are:
- Working too much
- Lack of sleep
- Lack of vitamins

Get some vitamins + fish oil + ginseng in capsules (you can buy it all from CVS). Feel the difference in 2-5 days.

- Stas

The only way I can see that making me feel better is if those are all to be used as suppositories. Suppositories FTW!

You know I felt like that a week ago and I finally was laid flat with a cold or whatever. I felt like I was beaten with a baseball bat. Just a heads up.

I have not been myself either. I am going to blame it on the weather. I just snap for no reason. Mainly at work which is the worst place to be like that but I just have no patience. And I complain so much tha I make myself sick. Since I noticed my new behavior I have been trying to curb it. I can't wait for the warm weather. I have a trip to Miami coming up end of March and I can't wait.
