Resume help?

Not for me, its for my gf.

She's still in college and looking for a marketing internship somewhere and I've never really written up a resume with no experience. Anybody here care to shed some light?

Easiest way to start is to google "resume sample" or "marketing resume sample" or similar. You can find a ton of resume samples and copy whatever applies to her experience/ education. They'll have samples of college grads looking for internships too.

If you get a rough draft created, I'll be happy to look it over for her.

Whipped up many but all have been with a "Sales" Focus - Let me know if she tries and still falls short as I can pass it to the chick I am seeing who is in PR and maybe she can spend a few mins with her

All female resumes should include a photo.

She has a rough draft she put together. I can send it over if it'll help?

Hey, if you're interested, I have a book of Advertising/Marketing resumes and how to build them...I got it after I got out of college with an Advertising/Public Relations degree, and there's tons of "samples" that you can "learn" (ok, copy) from I'll just hope I can find it!

I was in marketing/PR before I switched to engineering. PM her resume to me and I'll mark it up.
Also, tell her to use her college's career center-- I can't stress that enough.
