Exaclty. How do you expect people to reply to your PM's if yours is full. Anyway here is your answer.



Ok,

The plan was to drill three holes each. Two for the bolts. Using a washer and lock nut underneath to hold in place. The third in the center to allow for clearance of the bolt when it tightens up. Now, I had the nut welded up for the strength in the threads vs tapping the 1/4" plate. The center hole needs to allow the nut to recess into the floor. I would mount then in a vertical position in reference to the chalk. I think that would be strongest. Mounting the chalk to the plates is simple from the top. LMK if you need anything else.
