Forgot to mention that it's in a dirty bucket (caked on mud/debris)

I'm thinking maybe let it evaporate in our shed?

Then its only use is as a "Round-Up" substitute, or a fire ignition system.

Knowing your luck, let someone else light the match.

Another thing is use it to clean paint brushes, after staining, or oil based paint applications.

After the gas cleaning, clean the brushes again with soap and water.

Throw a match in a full bucket of gas it goes out. Dump the gas out then throw the match, LOOK OUT. I have so much fun out in the country.

Anyone else have any solutions on how to get rid of gas? I've got a few gallons of 5 year old gas that I took out of my bike yesterday and I wanna get rid of it ASAP as it's smelling up my garage and house. No way am I going to put it in my car and I can't burn it since I don't really have a yard.

Anyone know if kitty litter will absorb it? lol. Thats what I do with my old paint so it's my only idea right now.

Dump it in a paint bucket with some old oil, and take it to Autozone. I go there every few months and give them all my old gas, oil, and coolant, and also tell them to give my back my paint bucket so I can fill it up again .

My buddy dumped 2L of old gas into a bucket with a shit ton of old coolant (oil bucket was full). Took it to Oil Express and the guy throw it in the tank of shit. I do the same thing, I have a couple 5 gal paint buckets. I fill them with oil and take the 5 gallons to Oil Express down the street. The guy at oil express gave me coupons one time. Why would I need a coupon for $5 off an oil change when I just brought you 5 gallons of used oil. Kitty litter(same thing as Oil Dri I think) will absorb oil, but I hate sweeping that shit up. It turns into mud. Just dump it in a bucket with oil and take it to AutoZone.

Thats why you got to trick them. We didn't know what the hell to do with the gas so we poured it into 4 gallons of coolant. The guy asked his coworker "is that gas?" and poured it in anyway. Plus, its a bunch of teenagers there so they don't give a crap anyway.

This is why you mix it with old oil. There was coolant, gixxer oil, and 3 year old gas all in the same bucket, it just looked like nasty black oil, so they took it .

No need to get rid of it. Filter it through an old rag. Use it. Don't be rediculous and toss it because it's been dirty. As long as it has not been mixed with anything else use it. I'd save it for a grass cutter if you don't want it in your Ferrari.
