Model rides motorcycle and crashes *NWS*(warning - pictures)

Yeah, that sucks. ALOT

If you get sick from blood and stuff like that dont click.

Model rides a motorcycle, somehow gets hit by a semi. Its not as bad as you think, the REALLY bad part is her right foot. Everything else is alright.

Oh and heres the bike. RIP

And thats why sneakers are not appropriate footwear for motorcyclists! Proper gear would saved her a world of hurt. So the next time you going riding, think about the gear your wearing! And remember good motorcycle boots are not made for walking in

Just reinforces my attitude of always wearing boots and gear.

There is nothing firm, nothing balanced, nothing durable in all the universe. Nothing remains in its original state, each day, each hour, each moment, there is change. Change is the essence of life. Embrace change as you do life. To fight change is to live in the past.

I doubt she was wearing alpinestars boots shes probably just saying that so she doesn't look as dumb as she is! When i crashed this summer, my foot got caught under the bike for the entire slide. But I had on Sidi's. But maybe a semi is different i dunno.

she was wearing alpinestars boots according to the thread

edit: achapman, do you realize how much worse that would have been if she had not been wearing boots? she didn't even break her foot... probably a 110lb girl, that got ran over by a semi

Didn't look too bad I thought, all things considered it looked to be a pretty clean injury. Looked like she just lobbed off 1/2 inch of her foot, it wasn't mangled or anything, didn't even look like she broke any bones.

I beg to differ. My BMW "All Around" boots are supa-comfy. I've worn them all day at work because I forgot to change into my uncormortable work shoes after riding in.

I'm not sure how that butterface scraped up her foot though...but I have a feeling the boots (assuming she was wearing them) probably saved her from an amputation.

+1

My A* supertech moonboots may be goofy looking, but they're super-comfy.

Gear won't keep you injury free when being run over by a semi. I have the plates in my skull to prove it. It will reduce the injury, and I'm here typing this post to prove it, too.
