Its on FX. You can seach youtube for some clips or rent a season from Blockbuster.

The full name is, "Its always Sunny in Philadelphia."

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Basically, the plot is a brother, sister and two friends running a dump bar in Philly backstabbing the shit out of each other and generally scheming and bullshitting their way through a drunken life. Danny Devito is the scumbag dad of the brother and sister.
