We're supposed to offer food to our ancestors, go to Wat, give donations and feast. I skip all that and just eat, drink and gamble.

I do it once in a blue moon. No more drinking every weekend like during the winter. At one point we were drinking during the week on consecutive days. I knew I was drinking too much when my bartender friend said I drink more than him.

You won't see too many Cambos on motorcycles. In Cambodia, people who ride motorcycles are poor. They ride a motorcycle because they can't afford a car. They view bikes as low class. Cambos are all about expensive cars, jewelry and big houses as you probably noticed when you went to my uncle's McMansion.

Seriously? You never heard of Angkor Wat? Built around the same time as the Egyptian pyramids.

Well actually now that I see the building in the backround it looks really familiar. I just never knew the name of it. Wat is general name for it though right? The one in the backround of your pic I'm assuming is the most famous or original wat?

Correct. Wat = Buddhist temple ... Angkor is the most famous one. One of the oldest ones. It was quite a sight to see it in person.

Also notice my extremely large buldging pockets. I had over $1Million Cambodian rhiels in my pockets, packing wads of $10,000 bills. Total worth, just a tad over $200. I'm a rich American and that's how I roll.

$10 USD a night for hotel with AC, fridge and satellite TV.
I bought 3 roasted chickens and rice for about $5.
A bowl of pho is about 500 rhiels ( about 12 cents) to $1USD in a high end shop.
I took 10 people to a bar, had food, drank Singha beer all night long and the bill was $40

That $200 lasted me an entire week of hard core partying and dining.
