taxes were done month ago, but I wrote the check today and it will be in the mail Monday. At least at work they provide free pizza on 15th to celebrate tax day

Did my state taxes yesterday. I can't believe my buddy blew 60 bucks to have someone do his taxes. All he had to do was fill in w2 box 1 and box 5 and lick the envelope.

I filed my federal a while ago but didn't do my state yet. Totally forgot about it. Thanks for the reminder!!! I'll be doing em real quick tomorrow.

You can do them online via illinois website for free. I did mine yesterday.

I paid $200 to my CPA to do my taxes, but it saved me at least $1000. One of my jobs is a 1099 setup and I could never make myself to pay estimated taxes
