My car's mud flap
So this morning i'm driving to work and I hear some scraping noise and pull over. The plastic flap which covers the whole front side of my car is hanging loose. It's rubbing on both side of my tires as well as the ground... I borrowed my buddys clippers and cut the entire thing off. How important is it to keep / have one of these things ? Should I get it replaced? My cars a beater... 2000 Honda Accord. Will probably keep it another year and get a new car next spring.
Also how much would it cost to replace it? and what is it called? it's a huge plastic thing that covers the bottom of my car and runs over my tires.

you most definately need it otherwise you're tires will overheat and blow up. You can get seriously hurt! I'll fix it for you, bring it by my house. I'll only charge you $750.

I'm pissed... that shit was suppose to be fixed. I got into an accident a few months back and part of it was to replace that thing. I took it to this shady ass Korean dude in the city and he said he'd replace it for 60 bucks. Apparently not... Damn Koreans are shifty man
