All you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never under estimate your opponent (mentality). Expect the unexpected (could work out in your favor). Two, take it outside(or to a table). Never start anything inside the Bar unless it's absolutely necessary. And three, be nice.

Sweet! You are the first person I've heard of that got it. I was beginning to wonder if it was real or not. According to the new updated dates, mine is supposed to be direct deposited after May 9th.

Believed they moved up the dates by a week. Think everyone should get it direct deposited this week.

They did move it up but I guess they just didn't update the payment table that is listed in the announcement about depositing checks early. lol. Stupid IRS. Do you mind me asking what the last two of your social starts with? Are you are the very beginning?

My $900 is just going towards my new bike. Woot!

Do we really have to pay taxes on it next year? That's so gay. Rumor is they are working on creating another stimulus payment for the end of summer/early fall for us. So we have to pay taxes on two payments this year? Bogus.

No.

Is this a rebate? What is it a rebate on?
The funds are NOT a rebate on the taxes you will pay next year, they are based on your 2007 tax return. Next year, after you file your taxes, the IRS will calculate what you should’ve gotten and adjust your return. So if you received too much “rebate,” they let you keep it. If you received too little, they decrease what you owe next year.

If you ain't with us, then it's just bad news.

No you don't.

It's been posted in everyone of these threads quoted from the IRS website that you DO NOT have to pay taxes on the stimulus money.

My social ends in 04 and I've gotten nothing so far
