Stolen*** 2000 Honda Civic

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!

so i had the day off and spent all day driving around chicago lookin for my car. of course, no luck but i had to try. besides that, i need some advice. the spot where my car was taken, there are 3 buildings of which have video cameras that have where i parked in sight. i don't know weither i should attempt to get the video footage myself, or should i go to the police first and let them know about it to have them try and get the footage. i know at least 1 of the places is willing to let me look at it but its the furthest building. i still have to call the other 2 buildings tomorrow.

what do you guys think?

my car was stolen last night in chicago. please be on the look out for a black 2000 honda civic si with konig supermesh wheels, black with a polished lip.

i will probably never see my baby again but please let me know if you have any info.

here is a photo of the car

screwdriver and slide hammer. If I owned a honda or toyota the first thing I would do is set up a ignition disable.

My guess your car's on the ground and wheels gone. That sucks.

That's true. I would be sad when insurance screws me on the payout check.

Take a cruise west on Grand Ave from Central Park to the city limits. This is where a lot of chop shops are. When they are done they just push the car into the street.

I was car jacked in the 80s back there. Not a nice area back then and it still is house by house. Drive by on a summer Tuesday at 11am and you'll still see porches full of unemployed men hanging out.

Its a thief's dream, narrow one way streets that don't connect to the regular street grid because of Cabrini Green still. Its changing but there is an element who knows those streets better than the new people moving in.

Damn man. That sucks. I lived on Sedgwick and Blackhawk, and was thankful I had a garage every single day. Marshall Field Apartments needs to burn to the fucking ground.

Insurance FTW.
