Title Qs

I moved here from Philadelphia and my bike had a reconstructed title. It was stamped reconstructed about 40 times on the front. The bike was a recovered theft. My question is, I got my IL title back today and there is nothing on it that says reconstructed. Just wondering if the color is different, or if there is any other indicator to designate reconstructed. Thanks,

Sounds like another miraculous interstate transfer title cleaning. Happens all the time.

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

Thanks for the input guys... I have no intention of lying to someone when I sell, just thought I might be missing something.

They are mostly lazy. I was at the Sec of State to get my title transferred when I bought the 600rr. I had to wait in a long as line to pay $25 in tax. There was one window open with 1 person working the window. The rest of the 10 employees were screwing around for the most part.
