It's starting to hit me...

I graduated from college this weekend, start work in San Diego on August 11th. I move out on the 2nd of August. I'm working in the Chicago office for now, then taking an extra summer course before heading out. The days of boozing till the sun comes up are over!!

The days spent at the Spillway and drinking until the sun comes up have been over for me for a while

When I was sitting in the arena for commencement I wanted to run the hell out of there...I wish I could stay in school forever. Especially at southern.

Congrats!

That's what your off days are for, continuing to drink until the sun comes up.

If you have no days off, send your resume to other job opportunities right away.

I was the same way during graduation. All I could think of is how I should be excited, but how utterly upset I was about graduating.

I actually stayed down there a couple months after I graduated, and it wasn't the same. Most of my buddies were still down there, but it was just weird that I wasn't going to school anymore and just hanging out. I didn't even make it through the summer before I left to come back to Chicago.

Yeah, the real world sucks compared to college (which is why I stayed in school for 7 years) but having a nice paycheck to blow on motorcycles, hookers and blow really makes it all worth while.

...and yeah, getting a job out west has been a goal of mine since I graduated HS...especially one good enough to afford to live there. I recently sold my old bike since I didn't want ot drag it out there, so now I have a real good excuse for something new! I really got a thing for the Kawi Versys.

Hit up Zero Gravity on a random Friday, more underage trim than you can shake your stick at.

Just saying the words,"I've got some vodka at my house" will result in pussy flying at you from all directions. Dealing with the police after her father files statutory rape charges is not as much fun though.

Don't get too attached to the Versys, it's not sold in Cali

I'm talking drunken college chicks on the strip in C-dale. Likely they are 18 (or 17 which is legal in IL) and used a fake or just flashed to get booze. Then they pour out on the streets, flash, get arrested.... to which the crowd gets riled up and maced. Good times.

+1 I figured someone else would say what I was thinking before I got here... Being 2 yrs out of college now, it was fun...actually a fn blast, but believe me it makes your weekends that much better now that you have something to look forward to every week and some actual money in the bank. Not to mention you're heading to one of the best year-round climates in the nation!
