TSA rant

They really SUCK ASS at O'Hare. They tried to take away my face wash, but what they actually took away was the stellar good mood I was in. Bastards.

That is all.

O'hare does suck. TSA sucks, the baggage handlers suck and they are slow and I always get lost in that place and can never find the train to remote parking because they don't post signs anywhere on how to get to the train.

I would like to make the point that the airline staff (at least AA) lately have been wonderful. They got me a box and checked the 3.4 oz bottle that TSA wouldn't let me through with (although they were ok with it in baltimore.....).
It is TSA that is really inconsistent and f*cking LAZY as sh*t.

TSA is a joke. I travel enough to know they are not thorough enough. But you have to understand that job does have to blow donkey balls. It's boring and they work long hours and are under paid.

I've had sucky jobs, too, and I still DO them. Half those people don't do their jobs. My stuff sat under the x-ray exit area for 5 minutes while Fat Frank and Trashy Tammy figured out their lunch schedules. It was already scanned-- all she has to do was get it out to me.

Minimum wage? Try $56,000/year for a starting pay + government benifits. I know a couple of pilots who quit their job to work for TSA.

just what i was gonna say they make good money for what they do. I think starting pay was around $15/hr plus like 20% locality pay

now on the other hand the baggage handlers are way under paid

You have to be a supervisor to even come close to making 36 a year.

go time traveler style and go back in time, fuck his grandma, then shoot forward in time and then fuck his mom. Then return back to present state and call him a the product of two incest whores and hes your son and show video of you plowing the both members of his family. .

That is all.
My favorite was in Denver when we got in an argument of why they needed to confiscate my $30 eyebrow tweezers. Apparently I was in danger of pluckin out the pilots arm hairs one by one!

Funny, they found the tweezers, but didn't fnd my bottle of perfume...and I went through security TWICE not realizing I had it in my rollerboard and not my checked luggage.

I also love in memphis when the TSA got great pleasure in hand searching my rollerboard (even though I was with my brother...a PILOT in uniform) and pulling out each piece of lingerie to 'exam' it. Accckk.

Yeah man, even if they have gats... I'd rather go down getting shot then having the plane used as fodder.

And when you are uneducated that is good money. Sorry, the TSA are a waste of tax $$, yet again. Ever see the studies of what actually gets through the screening process because these yahoo's are concerned with you putting your shampoo in 1 quart clear bags?? Very disturbing.

Everyone should just prescan themselves, checking everything before they leave the house. This is what I do, anything that would remotely be questionable I threw it in my checked in bag and called it a day . No problems except removing every damn electronic devise out of my backpack .

I wouldn't go as far as saying they are a waste of tax $$, I think the gripe here is that the majority of TSAs are not earning their keep or so it seems.

Last thing you need are some crazys sneaking through with knives, guns, or whatever else. I guess we want the best of both worlds, we want it to be safe but we want it to be fast and effecient, which isn't going to happen!
