Helmet Decision???

Alright so I've looked at every possible option for helmets and to be honest this is the one I like...... I have a all Black CBR-RR and I'm torn between these two finishes (Keeping in mind I'm planning on ordering the Smoked/tinted visor) Let me know what ya think. I know it's a matter of personal preference and all but I wouldn't mind getting others opinions....

Thanks for the feedback, Did they charge you for shipping or do they have a hookup on shipping over a certain amount?

By the way any opinion on the finish?

I ordered my Jacket from Sandhills. I had a buddy ride through there on his way from Lincoln, NE up to the Black Hills and stumbled across them. I had a great experience ordering from them and i know their prices seemed really reasonable when I was buying that jacket last spring. You may have found a better price so I'd go with that but just wanted to share my good experience with them.

Great experience with newenough. Good looking helmet.

Is it ignorance, or apathy?

SHOEI RF-1000. I have one and I love it. You can get the solid colored one for ~$330 online. I would try one on and see how you like it. Make sure to try on the helmet you wish to purchase and other brands/models as well.

Yea it didn't hold the color selection.....

I'm either going with the All Black gloss finish or the Skull Pattern. But the same profile lid.

You base your helmet purchasing decisions on color selection?

I have an Arai and an Icon. If you are going to spend the money, go with the Arai. I hate my Icon. It is very uncomfortable, heavy, and I am constantly seeing the inside padding in my peripherals. I bought it in March and I've only worn it about 5 times. Love my Arai!

Definitely try on the helmet before you buy it - just for the color!
