Are you a student? A lot of universities hire students to work during the summer and even during the semester part time, thats what I do.

Seeing you are from Elmhurst . . .

Have you tried Lucky Strikes or Buffalo Wild Wings? They have lots of turnover due to the restaurant nature.

Another place to try is Moon Jump for You. They hire young kids to setup and take down those bouncy things for kids to jump at parties. Lastly, both my daughters got jobs at fitness centers. Might be a bit late, but the YMCA and park district www.epd.org sometimes look for young people to help with summer activities.
