ooh, the radars looking scary! i used to love standing on my porch watching the storms roll in. now, sadly, i must be content with simply staring out the window. there's nothing like a nice, looming, nighttime thunderstorm (provided i'm not on my bike, that is!)

Looks like it should be a good one you can smell the rain in the air and lightning is flashing all around out here not to mention thunder booming! (I'm at work at the RailRoad) A few mins ago I walked outside to close a derail on a track lightning flashed so bright and thunder boomed so loud soon after I about pooped on myself LOL! But I do love a good electrical storm I just don't like being outside in one
Wow sounds like its raining pretty hard now guess I better go close some doors.

I love watching the storms, but not so much to be standing out in the middle of it.

This one pissed me off because I'm in the middle of changing the liner in our pool. I got everything prepped yesterday and thought a little rain would help repack the sand bottom.

I come out this morning to about 1" of standing water on top of the sand. There's no way the new liner is going in today unless it drains pretty fast.
